Catalog import and sources for Order OS

Order OS now supports end-to-end catalog onboarding — import products from CSV, manage catalog sources, and give chat/voice agents product-ready data.

• Catalog CSV import — Download import templates with sample rows, preview uploads, and confirm imports with a clear summary before products go live.
• Catalog sources — Create, review, and monitor catalog connections and sync status from Order OS.
• Product detail and edit — View and update individual products from the Order OS dashboard without leaving the workspace.
• Drag-and-drop uploads — Upload files with validation across Order OS and other product areas that accept files.

• Agent product lookup — Chat/voice agents retrieve catalog products more accurately during conversations.
• Catalog re-import — Safely reconnect existing catalogs when updating or replacing product data.
• Agent message formatting — Links in agent messages render as clickable URLs for faster operator workflows.

Open Order OS to import a catalog, review sources, or edit products. Enable Order OS on agents so calls and chats can browse and quote from your catalog.
