• Pathao store setup — Browse cities, zones, and areas and create Pathao stores without leaving Order OS.
• Shipment detail workspace — Open a shipment to see carrier status, booking details, recipient and delivery info, and tracking links in one place.
• Tracking refresh and booking retry — Refresh tracking from the carrier and retry failed bookings when a shipment needs another attempt.
• Carrier account removal — Delete carrier accounts you no longer use without breaking order history.

Open Order OS → Carriers to connect couriers, configure routing, and manage shipments. Review Event webhooks for merchant notifications, and open any order to manage its shipments inline.
