Credit billing and Omnistra subscription plans

Omnistra now bills on credits. Each organization gets a wallet, an optional subscription plan with monthly included credits, and prepaid top-ups that never expire. Usage from voice, chat, and messaging deducts from the wallet in real time.

Credits are priced at ৳1.50 per credit. Plan credits reset each billing cycle with no rollover. Prepaid credits stay until used. Annual plans waive two months versus paying monthly.

- Credit wallet: See available credits, plan allotment remaining, and prepaid balance from Settings and the app header.
- Plan checkout: Subscribe to Starter, Growth, Professional, or Scale on a monthly or annual cycle through hosted checkout.
- Prepaid top-ups: Buy extra credits that never expire when plan allotment runs low.
- Welcome credits: New organizations (and existing zero-balance wallets) receive a one-time trial grant so you can try the product before buying a plan.
- Usage and invoices: Review credit spend by type, trends over time, invoices, and payment history.
- Low-balance alerts: Set a credit threshold and get warned before the wallet runs out.
- Usage metering: Voice, chat, and messaging usage deducts credits from the wallet during live traffic.

- Billing settings: Manage auto-renew and low-balance preferences from one place.
- Hard stop when empty: Agents pause gracefully when credits are exhausted instead of failing mid-conversation.
Where to find it
Open Settings → Billing to pick a plan, top up credits, and review usage. Watch the wallet chip in the header for remaining balance.
