v3.9

Richer customer profiles, fairer chat credits, and steadier lists

NewImprovedFixed

Order OS customer profiles carry more conversation context, tables are easier to filter and act on in bulk, and chat credit metering is fairer after a token-split correction.

New

  • Recent conversations on customer profiles: Open a customer in Order OS to see recent chats, channel, status, and jump into the thread.
  • Post-chat analysis history: Review analysis summaries and signals on the profile, and open linked orders from each entry.

Improved

  • Header filter menu: List filters live in a compact header menu so tables stay focused on rows and results.
  • Clearer bulk action counts: The footer shows how many selected rows can actually be deleted, archived, or cancelled, so bulk actions feel trustworthy.
  • Larger workflow log pages: Workflow logs support higher page sizes when you need a wider window of runs.
  • Fairer chat credit metering: Chat turns meter input and output (and cached tokens where available) more accurately. Affected wallets receive a one-time prepaid credit refund for the earlier overcharge.

Fixed

  • Knowledge base cleanup: Archiving or deactivating a knowledge base clears stale links from agents and live calls so deleted content stops being used.
  • Catalog list refresh: After archive or delete, catalog counts and both catalog tabs update in place without a full page reload.
  • Photo burst handling: When a customer sends several images quickly, the agent waits for media prep and answers as one coherent turn.
  • Messenger media resilience: Voice notes and images on Messenger recover more reliably when media fetch or transcription needs a retry.

Where to find it

Open Order OS → Customers for conversation history and analysis. Use the filter menu and bulk bar on catalog, orders, tags, and other shared lists. Credit metering updates apply automatically; check Settings → Billing for wallet balance after refunds.
