Hold orders before dispatch, price delivery by zone, and keep quotes consistent

Confirmed orders can wait before a courier is booked, delivery fees follow the zones you set, and the agent stays on the cart it already quoted. New workspaces wait for approval before the dashboard opens.

• Pre-dispatch hold: Confirmed orders wait before the courier is booked, so quantity, variant, address, phone, or discount can still change in chat. Set the hold under Order OS routing, and use Dispatch now when an order should go out immediately.
• Delivery pricing by zone: Set default and city-zone delivery and COD fees, plus free-delivery thresholds. Quotes use those rules instead of making up a fee.
• Waiting for approval: After onboarding, a new workspace lands on Waiting for approval until it is reviewed. Refresh status to open the dashboard once approved.
• Quoted cart stays put: Products shown and quoted in a conversation stay with that thread, so a later "place it" uses the same cart.

• Bangladesh delivery zones: Locality and city matching is more reliable, so delivery fees land on the right zone.
• Messenger checkout: The last quoted cart is kept without reprinting the full cart on every message. Link buttons stay tappable on their own.
• Delivery fee until the address is known: Quotes without a destination do not treat a guessed fee as confirmed.
• Knowledge Base PDFs: PDF documents extract more cleanly, so agents can use the policies and catalog notes you uploaded.
• COD checks: Cash-on-delivery risk checks follow the settings you configure.

Fixed

• Duplicate orders: The agent cannot open a second active order in the same conversation while one is already in progress.
• Stock, discounts, and amounts: Availability, discounts, and prices only appear when the catalog or quote actually supports them.
• Blank replies: Failed or empty Messenger and chat turns recover with a real reply instead of leaving the customer with nothing.
• Order changes after a quote: Finding an order, amending it, and recapping delivery fees stay consistent after a discount or zone change.

Open Order OS for delivery pricing, routing hold, and Dispatch now on an order. After Onboarding, use the approval screen until the workspace is approved. Quoted carts apply automatically on live agent chats.
