Product photos now appear in chat

Customers see the product in the conversation, not a link they have to tap first. You review and attach photos in Order OS, and the card stays with the product even if the original website or album link moves.

- Product photo cards: The agent can send a photo, name, price, and order action as a card on Messenger, WhatsApp, and in-app chat. Turn on Product photo cards on the agent Tools tab.
- Product photos in Order OS: The Product photos tab lets you review matched images, bulk-upload photos, and attach them to products without typing image URLs.
Improved
- Photos that stay available: Catalog photos are kept with the product, so the card still loads if the original website or album link breaks.
- Filling photos on large catalogs: Import and matching keep going when a source is slow, so you do not have to restart a full photo run from scratch.
- Same card in conversation history: Conversation detail shows the product card the customer received.
Where to find it
Turn on Product photo cards under Agents → Tools. Review and upload images from Order OS → Product photos. Cards send when the agent shares a catalog product on Messenger, WhatsApp, or in-app chat.
